Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of registration and must be paid in full before start of class.
*All certificates will be held until payments have cleared.
Certificates will be emailed within 10 business days of all completed course requirements & received funds.
Payment amount will depend on course chosen.
We accept Cash, etransfer, cheque, Visa* & Mastercard*
* Visa & Mastercard payments are provided by Secure Link, through Square POS & will incur 2.8% processing fee, in addition to course fee.
*Late Payment Policy:
A late fee of $20 will be applied to any account with a balance outstanding for more than 30 days. An additional $20 fee will accrue for every subsequent 30‑day period, or any portion thereof, until the balance is paid in full.
*NSF cheques:
All NSF cheques be subject to a $45 NSF fee that will be added to the course total and must be paid immediately in order to receive course certificate. This amount is notwithstanding any additional bank charges from your own personal banking institution.
- Each person must have the ability to comprehend and pass a knowledge evaluation with a minimum mark of 75%
- Each person must be able to demonstrate all required skills - which will require participants to get down on the floor and on their knees for a minimum of 2 minutes.
- Each participant must attend and participate in 100% of the course.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
How to Cancel In-Person Training:
Cancellation and refund requests will only be accepted if request is received in writing by email or text 24 HOURS NOTICE prior to course START TIME. *Does not apply to Online Courses
* Phone calls or voice messages will not be accepted as notice.
How to Cancel Online or Blended Courses:
No Refunds will be issued for any online courses
"Online" Courses will not be refunded for any reason; this includes, but is not limited to: the Online portion of Blended Classes & Online Courses under the Additional Courses section
- A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged for ALL BLENDED Courses.
- If you are unable to attend the "in class " portion of a course for any reason, we can move you to another date as long as notice was received in writing, by email or text, 24 HOURS to course START TIME.
- New course date must be attended within 30 days or be considered invalid and must pay additional $25 non-refundable fee for new course again. If no course is available within 30 days, a refund will be issued (minus $25 non refundable fee.)
- If the online portion expires before you attend the "in class" date, you will be required to pay an additional $25 non refundable fee to receive online course again.
*Expired Online Certificates will not be permitted to attend the "in Class" portion for any reason.
Every effort will be made to accommodate all learning styles, and physical abilities and limitations, however, if you cannot perform mandatory skills demonstrations, we will provide a participation letter in place of course certification. We use a variety of teaching and assessment methods to accommodate all learning styles. If you have a special situation, please contact our office prior to course date to ensure accommodations can be made.
