COVID-19 Policy

*Due to the close proximity during skills training*   

Please Do not attend our class if you are sick/unwell or have any new or worsening signs and/or symptoms of Covid-19.  

- All Online courses are subject to $25 non-refundable fee. Payment must be received in full to attend the course or receive the link for the online portion. 

- A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged for ALL BLENDED Courses, included in the full price.  

- If anyone needs to reschedule the "in class" portion, due to COVID-19, they may do so without penalty as long as notice is received in writing (text or email) before class starts.  Does not apply to "Online" portion.   

* Notice must be received (before class starts) in writing by email or text to receive refund or credit - subject to $25 non-refundable fee for ALL BLENDED Courses.   

* Phone calls or voice messages will not be accepted as notice.  

- If rescheduling due to COVID, the new course can be rescheduled after the quarantine time frame has passed and MUST be completed before Online certificate expires. Rescheduling class will be the responsibility of  the participant and subject to availability.

- Any deposits given to I.C.E First Aid Training will be applied to the next "in class" portion, only if notice was received in writing by email or text before class start time.  

*THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR ANY AND/OR ALL ONLINE COURSES, NO SHOWS OR LATE NOTICE*

* Expired Online Certificates will not be permitted to attend the "in Class" portion for any reason. An additional $25 non-refundable fee will be required to do Online Portion again.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of registration and must be paid in full before start of class.

Payment amount will depend on course chosen. 

We accept Cash, etransfer, cheque, Visa & Mastercard

*All certificates will be held until payments have cleared.

Certificates will be emailed within 10 business days of completed course & received funds.   All NSF cheques will be subject to a $40 NSF fee that will be added to the course total and must be paid immediately in order to receive course certificate. This amount is notwithstanding any bank charges from your own personal banking institution.

Cancelation and Refunds Policy

- Cancellation and/or refund requests will only be accepted if request is received in writing by email or text within 24 HOURS NOTICE prior to course START TIME.  *Does not apply to Online Courses

- A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged for ALL BLENDED Courses.

- If you are unable to attend the "in class " portion of a course for any reason, we can move it to another date as long as notice is received in writing be email or text within 24 HOURS to course START TIME. 

- New course date must be attended within 30 days or be considered invalid and must pay additional $25 non-refundable fee for new course again. If no course is available within 30 days, a refund will be issued (minus $25 non refundable fee.)

- Cancelation requests for Blended Courses will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee.

- "Online" Courses will not be refunded for any reason; this includes, but is not limited to: the Online portion of Blended Classes & Online Courses under the Additional Courses section

- If the online portion expires before you attend the  "in class" date,  you will be required to pay an additional $25 non refundable fee to receive online course again.
